We hope you love your Olivia von Halle purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original branded silk pouch and luxury gift box, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our shipping partner's website.
